The Greater East End Management District partners with Harris County Precinct 6, Baker Hughes, and Pelac Development to provide additional law enforcement for the Central City Industrial Park and nearby commercial property owners in the Greater East End.

Constable Victor Trevino reminds all East End business owners to make Precinct 6 the first call on your alarm list. Precinct 6 has a response time of 3-4 minutes in the East End, and there is no penalty fee by the alarm company in the event of a false alarm when Harris County responds. Precinct 6 also provides the service of conducting a security review of commercial property.
The Phase I patrol area includes Harrisburg Boulevard, Canal Street and Navigation Boulevard between downtown Houston and Wayside Drive. The Phase II patrol adds coverage to the industrial area east of Lockwood Drive bounded by Clinton Drive and Armour Drive and the neighborhood between Wayside Drive and 75th Street from Harrisburg to Navigation. Also partnering in the East End Security Patrol is Gulfgate Parners, owner of Gulfgate Mall, which was rated the safest enclosed mall in the city of Houston for the fourth consecutive year in 2008.
